- Gathers participant feedback to shape future programming

- Reaches out with support and care during difficult times (illness, loss, hardship)
- Helps foster a sense of belonging and being remembered within the community
- Coordinates check-ins for members who may be going through a hard season
- Plans and delivers meals and necessities for members who may be going through a hard season
- Sends cards, messages, or small gestures to celebrate members' happy occasions (weddings, births, achievements)
